This soup dumpling soup is a quick, nutritious, and warm meal and has been a staple for me since my college years. It’s great because it’s also super diverse! You can add or remove ingredients and it still comes out super delicious and filling.

- Soup dumplings – I prefer Costco or Trader Joes for these
- Vegetables of some kind – these are what I like
- Mushroom
- Edamame
- Boc choy
- Green onion
- Noodle of some kind
- Udon
- Matcha soba
- Chicken broth – (You can also use chicken bone broth for higher protein!)
- Soy sauce
- Miso paste
- Hondashi (if not using miso paste)
- Sesame oil
- Rice seasoning
